Matt established MASC Executive and his company now boasts some of the world’s biggest multi-national corporations and institutions as clients. He and his team have provided services around the world for organisations within governments, insurance providers, universities, media and news gathering, investors, metals and mining as well as numerous commercial enterprises within the oil, gas and mining industries.

He has also overseen numerous and various emergency evacuations from countries including Fiji, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Bolivia, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Chennai and Brazil.

 

Sher Bahader Akbary

Country Director

Sher was appointed as Country Director for MASC Executive (Afghanistan) following various roles within MASC Executive where his knowledge and expertise have been highly valued by many clients from varying industries.

With a foundation of administration and recruitment in human resources (HR). Sher developed his skills further to manage resources within a safety and security organisation in Afghanistan.

While studying his Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management at Rana University, Sher also focussed an interest in risk management, security and logistics whereafter he became HR Manager for a risk management consultancy prior to becoming MASC Executive's Country Manager and now Country Director providing a font of knowledge in Central and South Asia. Sher specialises in business support services to clients venturing into unfamiliar markets, many being in austere, remote and hostile areas of the region.
